Terms of service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These terms govern access to the Ivyify website, private beta, and Shopify app. By using Ivyify, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the connected business and accept these terms.
The service
Ivyify helps merchants research, draft, review, publish, and measure content. Features can change during the private beta and may depend on Shopify, Google, AI providers, or other connected services.
Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for account security and for maintaining authority to use every connected Shopify store and third-party service. You must review requested permissions and promptly remove access for people who should no longer use the account.
AI-assisted content
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular store. You remain responsible for reviewing content, factual claims, links, intellectual property, advertising rules, product information, accessibility, and other legal requirements before publishing.
Ivyify separates draft creation from live publishing. You are responsible for each publishing approval made through your account.
Merchant content
As between you and Ivyify, you retain rights you already hold in store information, instructions, and content submitted to the service. You give Ivyify permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the privacy policy.
You must have the rights needed to submit content and must not direct Ivyify to copy or misuse third-party material.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ivyify to:
- violate law, third-party rights, Shopify rules, or connected-service terms;
- create deceptive, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful content;
- access another merchant's data;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service security; or
- introduce malware or use the service for abusive automated traffic.
Private beta and billing
Private beta access is offered individually and can be limited, changed, or ended as the product develops. Any paid Shopify plan, trial, renewal, upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation terms will be shown with the applicable offer before a charge is activated.
Availability and changes
Ivyify is provided subject to reasonable availability. We can modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with platform requirements, or evolve the product. When practical, we will communicate material changes that affect active merchants.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for security risks, non-payment, abuse, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. You can stop using Ivyify, disconnect optional services, and uninstall the Shopify app. Data handling after termination follows the privacy policy and applicable Shopify privacy requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ivyify is provided without guarantees that every output, recommendation, integration, or measurement result will be error-free or achieve a particular business outcome. Indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply in full.
